All entrants must be of 18-years or over at the time of registration, must be of sound mind and must have entered with free consent and with noble purposes which the organizations have thought of.
Entries must not:
- Be defamatory in nature of any person or of the original content or any kind whatsoever.
- Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory, violative of religious sentiment.
- Promote sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
- Infringe any copyright, design, database right or trade mark or any other Intellectual Property Rights of any other person.
- Be likely to deceive any person or be misrepresentative.
- Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
- Promote any illegal activity and accomplice unlawful purposes.
- Be threatening, abusive or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
- Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) infringement of Intellectual Property Rights or computer misuse
